This portal is the referral partner program of Barcelo Property Invest, a boutique buyer-side advisory firm based in Barcelona. It exists to give trusted professionals — wealth managers, relocation specialists, immigration lawyers, private client advisers, architects and fellow agents — a clear and discreet way to introduce an international buyer to us, and to earn a 20% referral fee on our net professional fee once the purchase completes at the notary.

Everything on this site describes how we work: the €1M+ buyer profile we serve, the buyer-exclusive mandate we take on, the pre-visits and structured reporting we deliver for clients based abroad, the legal and technical due diligence we coordinate with trusted lawyers and architects, and the exact terms of the referral. The introduction form sends the client brief straight to our team, with the client's consent and in strict confidence.
